Compact enough for milk, coffee, soups, or sauces at the table, it can also hold cutlery or a modest gathering of flowers. The pale blue color keeps the patterned pitcher fresh and light, making it easy to use alongside ceramics collected from different places and periods. Handmade and hand-painted in southern Spain, each piece varies subtly in brushwork and glaze.

“Sky blue makes this little pitcher feel almost impossible to assign to one job. I would use it for cream, then flowers, then serving spoons, and that freedom is exactly why small pieces become indispensable.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Product Details

Terracotta clay

Traditional Spanish Lebrillo design with hand-painted bird or pomegranate motifs

Sky Blue colorway

Height: approximately 6"

Handmade and hand-painted in southern Spain

Suitable for milk, coffee, soups, sauces, cutlery, or flowers

Natural variations in pattern and glaze are characteristic of the handmade process

Dishwasher and microwave safe

Care & Ownership

Before first use, wash by hand in hot soapy water, rinse, and allow to air dry. Microwave and refrigerator safe; do not use in the oven. The collection is handmade and hand-painted in a small family-run workshop in Granada, using traditional Lebrillo motifs and techniques the maker traces back more than five centuries. Formed from terracotta clay and finished by hand, each piece carries the slight variations in brushwork and glaze that distinguish ceramics made this way.

As seen in: AD Italia, Bon Appétit, Domino Magazine

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0993/1807/1598/files/lebrillo-hand-painted-terracotta-pitcher-in-sky-blue-by-pomelo-casa-6_1.jpg?v=1792695163
https://nerissaboldlot.shop/products/lebrillo-hand-painted-terracotta-pitcher-in-sky-blue-by-pomelo-casa-6
